The Mittens Thin 400 mittens consist of a simple Ullfrotté original layer with an outside seam, so that pressure points are avoided. In combination with the fine merino material, a pleasant wearing feel is created.

These thicker garments are designed as a middle layer – to optimise the thermal insulation between the”close-fitting” functional underwear and the outer layer, which is worn to protect against wind and moisture. It is especially used for lower temperatures or quieter activities.

Ullfrotté Original
This is a knitted terry fabric, one side knitted smooth and the other made of terry loops. The airy terry mesh in combination with the crimped structure of the wool form a jersey knit that binds a lot of air, resulting in very good insulating properties. The thicker the layer of air on the body, the less body heat can escape.
