baked wheat, palm pat, sugar, soy protein, barley malt extract. Allergen declaration EU: Contains wheat, soy and barley.

Preparation
The Rigel can be taken dry – with enough water – as well as soaked in water or milk. This creates a nutritious porridge (less water) or a drink (more water). Can be supplemented with other ingredients as desired, e.g. berries.
