The women’s skiing glove CEDAR STX from the Roeckl ECO.SERIES was designed to be as resource-efficient as possible. The conveniently soft skiing glove consists of a large share of recycled materials while maintaining a first-class performance. Highly breathable and silky-soft ECO.BREEZE outer fabric is used on the backhand. It is made from 100 percent recycled polyester and was rendered permanently water-repellent without environmentally harmful PFCs. Thanks to SympaTex Membrane the skiing glove is absolutely water- and wind-tight. The membrane insert also consists of polyester: It is PFC-free, recyclable and CO2-neutral according to the manufacturer.
The CEDAR STX features PrimaLoft Silver Insulation Bio for reliably warm hands. The highlight: 100 % of the polyester fibers used for the insulation were obtained from recycled materials and are biodegradable*. Thanks to its innovative knitting technique a lining from the PrimaLoft NEXT Evolve Series (polyester with 58% recycled materials) ensures an excellent climate directly on the skin and inside the glove. The palm made from drum-dyed goat skin – a by-product of food production – completes the CEDAR STX. It stays supple even in temperatures well below zero and is particularly robust, thus increasing the product life of the glove. Additional CUT-PROTECT reinforcements on the sides make the glove even more resistant to wear and tear from the ski’s steel edges. Thanks to an easy closure the glove’s fit can be adjusted as needed and the removable security leash (made from 85 percent recycled polyester) makes sure that the glove does not get lost.
