The article was made to a large extent from Lyocell (Tencel) from the company Lenzing. Lyocell is a regenerated fiber, which means it is made from natural cellulose. The pulps come from renewable eucalyptus wood from sustainable forestry. The cellulose is dissolved from the eucalyptus wood in a patented process and further processed into Lyocell fibers. The use of energy and raw materials is reduced to a minimum, making the process environmentally friendly. The yarn composition of the Space Died Tencel Jersey provides the extraordinary melange yarn look. This fabric is also certified to OCS standards.
