Texapore Ecosphere
Represents a real breakthrough in weather protection clothing, as it is the first 100% recycled weather protection material. The membrane is made from cuttings generated during production and returned to the production cycle – a zero-waste concept. The outer fabric and lining, on the other hand, are made from recycled PET bottles. In this way, resources are conserved or saved completely. Despite recycled materials, the quality remains at the highest level and offers you the very good performance of Texapore O2.
Green button
The Green Button is a government seal for sustainably produced textiles. It provides consumers with guidance when shopping. The Green Button sets binding requirements to protect people and the environment in the production process of textiles. A total of 46 demanding social and environmental criteria must be met – from A for wastewater limits to Z for a ban on forced labor. What’s special about the Green Button: In addition to the product, the company as a whole is always reviewed. This makes the Green Button the first government seal to systematically check whether companies in their supply chain are fulfilling their human rights and environmental due diligence obligations. The state sets the criteria and conditions for the Green Button – this creates clarity and trust. Independent inspection bodies monitor compliance with the criteria.
